“I have had several great experiences with Millers, 1st one 3 years ago in winter when my furnace would not start up, I called the people who installed the furnace (not millers) and they told me it be a $300 trip charge because it was a Sunday PLUS what ever it cost to fix it… I decided that sounded a bit excessive.. I called Millers and they said they they do not charge just to arrive at your house. well a really nice guy came over and started working on my furnace, (it had never been serviced since its install) he tested everything and found a dirty sensor was the problem, he proceeded to disassemble the furnace and clean everything.. he definitely worked a full hour on it, and of course the furnace worked fine, I just looked up the bill in check book from 11/24/2014 total charge $109. WOW! I almost feel like a stole something from them at that price. Also had my office furnace serviced 1/7/2016 total cleaning also $109 I cant find my more recent receipt for a more serious failure, and electronic board failed and the board was something like $300.. still when I think about my Car getting serviced I had an electronic module in my door go bad and that was $250 and a second one in the tailgate was another $250 my bill was $700 just to fix some stupid modules that randomly caused weird problems in my car. Replacing a $300 board in my furnace seems like a deal compared to my car.

Last Note here the people in the office and owners at Millers are great regular people, the kind of people you would not mind having as your neighbor or a night out on the town. I stopped in their office to thank them and the owners are great down to earth people.”
