Miller’s Area Heating Comfort Club is an exclusive program designed for our customers who understand the importance of yearly maintenance and service, the need to maintain energy efficiency and demand the best for their home’s heating and air conditioning systems. In addition to yearly detailed scheduled maintenance for your specific equipment, members also receive:

  • Priority scheduling for emergency calls or routine maintenance
  • Peace of mind with service by experts you can trust

Membership is 100% customizable to your home and the equipment you own. If you have additional or special equipment, we will customize your plan accordingly. The following pricing is per each type of equipment added to
your Comfort Club agreement:

  • Air Conditioner or Furnace – $110 for each unit
  • Add humidifier – $50 Includes replacement pad
  • Add media filter – $55 Includes replacement filter
  • Add Electronic Air Cleaner – $64 Includes two visits per year
  • *Boiler cleaning and generator maintenance available, please call for details

What does your yearly maintenance include?

Air Conditioner

  • Clean condenser coil
  • Check electrical connections for tightness
  • Check all wiring for loose connections & condition of insulation
  • Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
  • Check expansion valve and coil temperatures
  • Check refrigerant level, add Freon at additional cost
  • Check condensate drain
  • Check and log compressor and fan amperage draw and voltage
  • Replace 1” air filter

Gas or Electric Furnace

  • Clean and adjust controls
  • Clean burners, pilot, and/or sensor
  • Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
  • Test for combustion leaks
  • Test safety shutoff response
  • Check blower, alignment, and dirt buildup
  • Check flue for satisfactory operation
  • Replace 1″ air filter
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Check all wiring for loose connections & condition of insulation
  • Check supply voltage and amperage draw
